Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray brownie pan with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl with a mixer, combine melted butter, unsweetened cocoa, and sugar stir until fully dissolved.
Add eggs one at a time and mix.
Add vanilla and mix.
Stir in flour a ¼ a cup at a time and mix. Be careful not to overmix.
Add salt and mix.
Spread mixture in brownie pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
To Make Icing: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.
