Cheesy Taters

​Cheezy Taters
 
  • 1 box of 10 patty size hash browns crumbled or 1 pound bag
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • chopped onion to taste (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups of crushed corn flakes
  • 1 stick of butter-melted
 
Mix all ingredients together and put into large casserole dish.
Pour crushed corn flakes over the top.
​Pour butter on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
