One Egg Omelet

One Egg Omelet 
  1. Crack egg into a bowl 
  2. Beat egg with a fork
  3. Add ingredients to the egg
    1. salt-to taste
    2. pepper-to taste
    3. cheese-1/4 cup
    4. bacon bits-1 tablespoon
  4. Pour mixture in the center of pre-heated skillet
  5. When the edges look dry flip the egg over with turner.
  6. When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, FOLD omelet in half with turner.
  7. After 1 minute, slide the omelet onto a plate.
