One Egg Omelet
- Crack egg into a bowl
- Beat egg with a fork
- Add ingredients to the egg
- salt-to taste
- pepper-to taste
- cheese-1/4 cup
- bacon bits-1 tablespoon
- Pour mixture in the center of pre-heated skillet
- When the edges look dry flip the egg over with turner.
- When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, FOLD omelet in half with turner.
- After 1 minute, slide the omelet onto a plate.
