Pizzelles

Ingredients:
3 large eggs, room temperature 
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted 
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or 3 tablespoons of cocoa and sugar for chocolate)
1 3/4 cups all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder 

Directions:
  1. Preheat pizzella maker.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  4. Stir the flour mixture into egg mixture.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of batter on the center of the pattern in the pizzella maker. Bake until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Cool completely on wire racks.

Yield Approximately 4 Dozen
