Ingredients: 3 large eggs, room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or 3 tablespoons of cocoa and sugar for chocolate) 1 3/4 cups all-purpose 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat pizzella maker.
Add eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
Stir the flour mixture into egg mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of batter on the center of the pattern in the pizzella maker. Bake until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
