Pizzelles
Ingredients:
3 large eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or 3 tablespoons of cocoa and sugar for chocolate)
1 3/4 cups all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Yield Approximately 4 Dozen

Directions:
- Preheat pizzella maker.
- Add eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Stir the flour mixture into egg mixture.
- Add 2 tablespoons of batter on the center of the pattern in the pizzella maker. Bake until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire racks.
Yield Approximately 4 Dozen
